Topic: Now more than ever, young people are feeling the pressure to ‘fit in’. It is important that we educate our young people to embrace their differences and feel confident in saying “NO” to anything they feel uncomfortable with.

This lesson looks at healthy and unhealthy friendships as well as positive and negative peer pressure. The lesson provides tips on how to handle negative peer pressure and gives learners an opportunity to respond to real-life peer pressure scenarios.
