Poor sleeping habits can cause lack of focus in education, poor diet and mood swings. It is important that children learn about the importance of sleep from a young age.

 

This lesson focuses on why sleep is important for health and growth. The lesson encourages learners to identify the consequences that poor sleep and asks learners to reflect on their own sleep habits.
